Outpatient Programs

Child Outpatient Services

  • Child Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): Our Partial Hospitalization Program is an outpatient program designed to meet the needs of children, ages 4-12, who are experiencing mental health and/or substance abuse issues that impact their daily functioning. The program is held 5 days a week, Monday –Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., on our inpatient unit.  This structured programming includes group therapy, individual therapy, activity therapy and family therapy. Individuals in this program meet with a Psychiatrist, Registered Nurses, Licensed therapists and Social Workers.  Family involvement is recommended and is a critical part of treatment as it can assist in reducing the likelihood of an individual relapsing.

 

  • Child Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): Typically a 3 day a week program, held Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.  This structured program allows for the individual to receive treatment on an outpatient basis while alternating school. Programming includes group therapy, individual therapy, activity therapy and family therapy. Individuals in this program meet with a Registered Nurses, Licensed therapists and Social Workers. Family involvement is recommended and is a critical a part of treatment as it can assist in reducing the likelihood of an individual relapsing

 

Adolescent PHP and IOP

  • Adolescent Partial Hospitalization (PHP): The Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program at Crescent Pines Hospital is an outpatient program designed to meet the needs of adolescents, ages 13-18, who are experiencing mental health and/or substance abuse issues that impact their daily functioning.  The program is held 5 days a week, Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. and allows for the patient to live at home. This structured programming includes group therapy, individual therapy, activity therapy and family therapy. Individuals in this program meet with a psychiatrist, registered nurses, licensed therapists and social workers.  Family involvement is recommended and is a critical part of treatment as it can assist in reducing the likelihood of an individual relapsing.

 

  • Adolescent Intensive Outpatient (IOP): Our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program is typically a 3 day a week program, Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.  This structured program allows for the individual to receive treatment on an outpatient basis while alternating school. Programming includes group therapy, individual therapy, activity therapy and family therapy. Individuals in this program meet with a Registered Nurses, Licensed therapists and Social Workers. Family involvement is recommended and is a critical a part of treatment as it can assist in reducing the likelihood of an individual relapsing.

 

Adult PHP and IOP

  • Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): The Adult Partial Hospitalization program is a structured, outpatient program designed to meet the needs of an adult with some impairment in their daily lives who do not require the intensity of the acute care setting. 5 day or 7 day a week programming is available. Adults in this program are working on psychiatric and substance abuse issues in an environment that promotes personal growth while also putting an emphasis on accountability and personal responsibility. This structured programming includes group therapy, individual therapy, activity therapy and family therapy. Individuals in this program meet with a Psychiatrist, Registered Nurses, Licensed therapists and Social Workers.  Family involvement is recommended and is a critical part of treatment as it can assist in reducing the likelihood of an individual relapsing.

 

  • Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): The Adult Intensive Outpatient program is a structured, outpatient program designed to meet the personal needs of an individual who needs extra support in their daily lives. Adults in this program meet 3 or 5 days a week, Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.  Adults in this program are working on psychiatric and substance abuse issues in an environment that promotes personal growth while also putting an emphasis on accountability and personal responsibility. This structured programming includes group therapy, individual therapy, activity therapy and family therapy. Individuals in this program meet with licensed therapists and Social Workers.  Family involvement is recommended and is a critical part of treatment as it can assist in reducing the likelihood of an individual relapsing.
