Joel I. Kirson, MD- Medical Director
Dr. Kirson oversees all of the clinical and medical
functions at Crescent Pines Hospital. Currently Dr.
Kirson has consulting privileges at West Georgia Medical
Center, Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for
Rehabilitation, Newnan Hospital and Twin Cedars Youth
Services. Dr. Kirson received his medical degree from
the University of Maryland School of Medicine and
continued his training as Chief Resident at Mount Sinai
Medical Center, Department of Psychiatry in New York,
NY. He is board certified with the American Board of
Psychiatry and Neurology and also board certified in
Addiction Psychiatry Subspecialty with the American
Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Kirson is a
Diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners.

Harriette Green, MD
Dr. Green is the Service Director for Crescent Pines
Hospital’s Child and Adolescent programming. Prior to
joining the medical staff at Crescent Pines Hospital,
Dr. Green served as Medical Director at Gateways
Behavioral Health Services, in Brunswick, GA and at
Behavioral Health Professionals, Inc., in Detroit, MI.
She received her medical degree from Wayne State
University School of Medicine. Dr. Green continued her
residency training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at
Wayne State University. Dr. Green is certified with the
American Board of Psychiatry in Child and Adolescent
Psychiatry and board certified in Addiction Psychiatry
Subspecialty of the American Board of Psychiatry and
Neurology. She is also a member if the American
Psychiatry Association and the Georgia Psychiatric
Association.
